About Us: Our Beliefs and Philosophy

Only Gaming Matters is a gaming event organizing team not similar to any other in the industry.
What sets us apart are the principles we use in our decision-making for ANY part of our events or activities.
We prioritize and consider only 3 things. They are: Gamer Satisfaction, Contribution to Esports and Feasibility.
Gamer Satisfaction is our utmost goal in any of our events.

We recognize and believe that Esports would be nothing without fanbase, and in itself fanbase in the foundation of any Esports .
Thus, although we strive to serve Esports, our entry point in tackling this is through empowering fanbase.
We believe that no matter how large or profitable an event is, if those attending did not receive the maximum gratification they can possibly get, the organizer of the event has failed ultimately.
This is why when we face certain difficult decisions pertaining community involvement we make it a point to put it up to the community to have their say.
From there we analyze the results and provide the best possible solution - not for us, but for everyone out there who lives and breathes Esports.
Contribution to Esports is a rationale we constantly recheck our actions against to make sure that what we are doing is fully within margin of our doctrine and also to ensure that our zealousness with Gamer Satisfaction doesn't become an overly biased obsession towards certain groups of gamers.
If Gamer Satisfaction is the micro, then Contribution to Esports is the Macro.
We make sure that everything we do isn't selfish to as large an extent as possible, but helpful and positive to the entire Esports community. One example of this ideal in play is our nondiscrimination towards platforms, genres or game publishers.
Finally, our last consideration, which is logistical in nature, is Feasibility.
Sure we wanna turn the entire world into Esports-loving fans of all genres and manners immediately, but of course we do not have the money or power to do so.
Putting feasibility on third place ensures that we do not "cut corners" when it comes to gaming events and maintaining the welfare of gamers and spectators. Also, by placing this as one of our priorities, we also envision and strive towards a self-sustaining organization.
By doing this we ensure that the OGM that we have built isn't weak or easily wiped away by financial blows or other setbacks. We want OGM to be a role model for other gaming event organizers, and to be so we need to become strong and stable on our own.
You might think that these three are positioned one after another in terms of importance. But in fact it is a triangle. Gamer Satisfaction rests on top, while the other two ideals are of equal weight. Money is definitely NOT in any of our priorities, but we cannot say that everything that we do will be free from monetary ties. We do not have a taboo for charging fans and gamers.
Under our consideration of Feasibility that includes self-sustainability, we allow ourselves to do so BUT IF AND ONLY IF it is absolutely necessary and we have done the considerations involved to ensure that minimal damage is done to our other two ideals, Gamer Satisfaction and Contribution to Esports. Our decision-making priorities still stand in any decision when money is involved.
